Additive manufacturing allows for incredible design freedom, but the reality is, parts often leave the build plate coated in semi-sintered powder.
Without effective removal, this trapped powder can compromise performance, and prevent parts from being used as intended.

That’s where electroform™ comes in. Our electrochemical polishing process naturally supports de-powdering, using CFD-optimised electrolyte flow to reach deep into lattice structures, and surface recesses.

Unlike blasting or ultrasonic methods, electroform™ doesn’t rely on line-of-sight or mechanical agitation.Instead, it actively dissolves and removes powder particles during the polishing cycle – even from the most complex geometries.
