Sunday
Touching down in Singapore, we wasted no time immersing ourselves in the local culture. Over a meal at the Hawker Centre, I had the opportunity to connect with fellow cohort members, setting the stage for a week of collaboration and discovery.
Monday
Our journey kicked off with a session at the SDTA offices, where we engaged with industry leaders and gained insights into Singapore’s innovation landscape. A visit to Enterprise Singapore provided valuable perspectives on the region’s evolving industry trends.
Tuesday
A highlight was our visit to A*Star research institution, where we explored collaborative opportunities between SMEs and industry giants. Touring ARTC shed light on cutting-edge innovations, sparking ideas for potential collaborations.
Wednesday
Engaging sessions with industry experts like Edward Tay and Steven Holm provided strategic insights into investment and deal negotiation in the ASEAN region. Witnessing a live deal with a VC broadened our understanding of the investment landscape.
Thursday
Thursday provided us with the opportunity to hold our own meetings with key stakeholders and potential customers. This excercise highlighted the potential for collaboration in Singapore, most notably within its renewable energy sector.
Friday
Wrapping up the week, meetings with industry leaders underscored the demand for innovative solutions like ours in the Singaporean market. The enthusiasm expressed by potential partners reaffirmed our mission to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact.
Our experience in Singapore has been insightful, inspiring us to continue pushing boundaries and forging new partnerships. As we chart the course ahead, I’m excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for Holdson in the global manufacturing landscape.
